Located in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. It was built in 1977 and the second tallest building in the island of Borneo. This 30-storey building reaches 122 m tall. Named after Tun Datu Mustapha, a former Chief Minister of Sabah. It slowly spins to provide complete view of Likas Harbour (360 degree per hour).
