Today is diet day for me and I decided not to take heavy meals for the whole day. So I checked in the fridge and found some cabbages, carrots and tomatoes. By adding all the vegetable cuts with some mayonnaise, it turns out to be a nice colorful salad. I prepared some garlic breads and mushroom soup to be eaten with the salad. It tastes great and a such a nice choice for those who are vegetarian and for those who on a diet.
